Week One…
So week one was ok but definitely could have been better!!
Monday - I did pilates which was ok but the instructor was a bit odd and
i felt like the class was over before we really did any thing..
Tuesday - I did Zumba… LOVED IT!! burnt 657 calories in the workout with a high HR of 182 :)
Wednesday - Killed my effing life!! started work at 6.30am and finished work at 8.30pm… then to make matters worse I got sick! ‘No work out as I couldn’t even function… and killed my ddet with kfc. EPIC FAIL!
Thursday - Still sick… was at work at 7.30am but got sent home after 3 hours so that I wouldn’t make anyone else sick.. no excercise as i was dying.
Friday - Work was good… diet suffered with a big mac and a chocolate sunday… BUT footy season is almost upon us so I took my beautiful niece and gorgeous nephews to the parr v penrith trial game and had a great time! would have been better if parra had one but thats why we have trials… to have practice!!
Saturday - Went to the eels fan day and got tons of signatures on my jersey and had a lovely perve on some goregous players… down side was when i was in the sun for two hours my skin went a beautiful deep depp crimson colour! In the afternoon I killed it in Ki-max and a 15 minute run on the cross trainer… 1,057 calories burned baby!!!
Sunday - I died… my legs don’t work any more… must have been a great workout yesterday!! had an amazaballs homemade pizza of pesto, marinara mix, rocket, baby spinache and bocconchini!! Now ready to take on week two!!
xx
Feeling good on the inside… Means feeling bad on the outside… Work those muscles!!
fits so well with my 12wbt!!
seems like a day by day plan of attack…
yourhealthista:

Recently, Mary presented me with three common happy hour options and asked a simple question: Which is healthier? I’ve written about how to have a healthy happy hour before, but this seemed like a fun and challenging happy hour dilemma to tackle. Here are the choices Mary gave me:
For those actually partying on Australia day…
So I know I haven’t been on in awhile and I would like to blame the gym!! I would I have 20% mobility in my arm leg muscles due to pump and Zumba… I know that I’ve only just restarted my gym lifestyle but I don’t remember it taking days for my body to bounce back from my workouts!?
So stayed tuned hopefully as I hit up the gym more my muscles will be better and I’ll actually be able to move after the classes!!
Stay classy!! x
Exercise is smelly…
So I have worked out I know when I’ve given my all in training today… I smell awful!! and I’m so sweaty its like I’m showering as i walk! I think its safe to say i like exercising and sports when my face is dripping and the colour of a tomato!!
On the plus side though I ran 2kms and burnt 350 calories which is a good effort for my first day back at the gym when you don’t like running!!
Day One…
So today was day one of my program and unlike the plan i had for the day of small meals 6 times a day and a pump class after work… i instead did not go to work but to the doctors and then to pathology and then an ultrasound (and NO im not pregnant thank you v. much!!) the to emergency where i sat for 4 hours without seeing more than the waiting room!!
APPARENTLY… I have appendicitis or maybe just a really bad bug or digestive system FML! now im home bound with a massive headache and too tired and uncomfortable to sleep!
TOMORROW WILL BE A BETTER DAY!!
So tomorrow is day one of my program… little scared!! but glad to know my sister in law will be going through the same thing!!
So lately I’ve been thinking that the best way to finish my program of the next 4 months would be to do either the 4km or 8km fun run to raise breast cancer awareness on mothers day…
The catch is… I don’t particularly like running! But I figure why not remove myself from my comfort zone yet again and put myself through an eff load of pain to raise awareness and money for such a good cause.
I am very thankful that when I had a scare with a lump in my breast it turned out not to be cancerous, but many young women are not that lucky. I think that with the help of others (MANY others) I may be able to raise some money to make a difference!
So stay tuned for information on donations! x
